**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Architecture Understanding and Deploy Storage Solutions**:

- Understand Design and deploy Dell Unity storage environments for block and file storage, including integration with Cisco MDS switches.
- Install, configure, and maintain Dell Unity storage systems, including SAN, NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB), iSCSI, and Fibre Channel protocols.
- Implement and optimize Cisco MDS fabric for robust, scalable, and high-performance connectivity between servers and storage.
- **Operational Support and Optimization**:

- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Dell Unity storage and Cisco fabric environments.
- Manage and monitor storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Create dashboards and provide reporting for storage usage, performance, and capacity.
- **Migration and Integration**:

- Lead block and file storage migrations between Dell Unity and other platforms.
- Integrate storage and fabric solutions with enterprise services (MS SQL, Oracle, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory.
- **Disaster Recovery and Data Protection**:

- Design and implement data protection, backup/restore, and disaster recovery strategies for Dell Unity environments.
- Utilize snapshot, clone, and replication technologies for business continuity.
- **Documentation and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 13-15 years of experience in supporting Storage and Backup enterprise environment
SME-level hands-on experience with Dell Unity and Cisco MDS fabric switches.
- SME-level hands-on experience with Dell Unity and Cisco MDS fabric switches.
- Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS architectures, protocols (Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS), and multi-protocol storage environments.
- Experience designing, configuring, and supporting large-scale, multi-protocol storage infrastructures.
- Familiarity with storage monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
- One or more Storage and Networking certification.
