Job Description -Experience with Network Management OSS products platforms solutions preferably Nokia NetAct -Minimum 7 years of experience in Telecom domain -Experience with Linux Unix Administration Oracle DB SQL -Experience performing system bac kup and restoration -Knowledge in VMWare product Strong understanding of TCP IP UDP SNMP protocols and networking Knowledge -Experience in Oracle databases Linux and Windows platforms -Excellent communication skills written verbal and the ability to work well in a global team -Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues problems on large complex deployments. Experience with analysis troubleshooting and resolution of system hardware software and networking issues. - Able to work independently with mínimal supervision -Experience with Customer Support including working in a customer facing role -Experience with Software upgrades Experience with System integration Operational kn owledge of network hardware and software Experience with MOP Development and testing of MOPs. Joining internal and customer meetings for case progress and troubleshooting Knowledge of hardware...like HP, EMC, storage, ESXI, ILO etc....also vmware, Avamar...archive clou d, NARC, NEBR -Experience in FM,PM,CM troubleshooting. -Experience in handling trouble ticket and collaborating with next level (R&D) -Must follow the customer defined process and SLA..
