8 years of experience in development of Robo in UI PATH # Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities # Responsible for leading UiPath engagements with a team of 2-5 resources (both onsite and offshore). # Leading i n design, specification and selection of IT solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance # Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance # Co nstantly upgrading with the product on evolving technology and customer requirements # Supporting the development team in developing solutions # Gathering and understanding the requirements and identifying the business flows. # Ability to interact c onfidently, at all levels of management # Level 3 certification preferred # Good communication skills # Experience in working in Agile methodology # Knowledge of other RPA platforms a plus # Experience in Travel domain preferred Experience working i n an Agile team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be flexible to overlap during US hours for a few hours a day Must be a great team player Passion to be a part of a hard working and winning team Ability to multitask in a fast pac ed environment Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills Excellent Customer Service Orientation.
