**Key Responsibilities**
- **AI Model Development**: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- **Data Processing & Analysis**: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to train AI models.
- **Computer Vision**: Work on image recognition, object detection, and video analytics projects.
- **AI Deployment & Integration**: Deploy AI solutions into production environments and integrate them with existing systems.
- **Algorithm Optimization**: Improve the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of AI models.
- **AI Ethics & Compliance**: Ensure AI solutions are transparent, fair, and comply with industry regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to implement AI-driven solutions.
- **Research & Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and research to implement best practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in **Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field**.
- **Proficiency in programming languages**: Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), R, or Java.
- Experience with **AI frameworks & libraries**: OpenCV, Keras, Hugging Face, etc.
- Knowledge of **cloud AI services**: AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Microsoft Azure AI.
- Strong understanding of **data structures, algorithms, and statistics**.
- Familiarity with **big data technologies**: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka (a plus).
- Experience in **AI ethics, bias detection, and interpretability**.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **generative AI**, LLMs, and transformer models.
- Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Experience with **MLOps and AI automation tools**.
- Previous work in **autonomous systems, robotics, or AI-driven automation**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
