**Role Deliverables**:

- Build escalation of coverage and wallet share from Chemists and execute activations to build habit formation of self ordering by Chemists on ShortBuk platform

**On the Stream**
- Meeting Sales targets and KPI
- Single point owner across Sales and activations for Sales Unit
- Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Execution
- Manpower planning, recruitment and retention along with HR
- Demonstrate and Lead from the front ; Managing on ground sales and activation teams
- Building self ordering habit formation among Chemists, onboarding and frequency of usage
- Ensure timely collections from market with zero Bad Debts, onboard Chemists into our Fintech platform
- Handle Bad Goods and reverse logistics
- Market level Information upwards

**Downstream**
- Build commercial relationships with HUB team, Supply Chain, IT, Vendors
