**We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be solely responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance metrics.**

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.

Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

Continuously test and improve ad creatives, copy, and placements.

Track key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and report insights regularly.

Set up and monitor conversion events via Meta Pixel.

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop effective ads.

Stay on top of algorithm changes, ad policies, and best practices on Meta platforms.

Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager - campaign structure, setup, targeting, and optimization.

Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies.

Experience with A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.

Knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, event tracking, and custom conversions.

Ability to interpret and act on performance data and KPIs.

Familiarity with performance marketing metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.

Basic design sense (experience with Canva is a plus).

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Google Analytics or landing page builders.

Background in D2C, eCommerce, or lead generation campaigns.

A creative mindset for generating fresh ad ideas.

Role Details:
Job Title: Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist)

Location: Delhi (On-site)

Experience: 1-2 years preferred (but your work matters more than the number)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Growth

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
