As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance across various digital channels.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute & optimise of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and ads on marketplaces (Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon etc).
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Create and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Identify trends across social media & use the same for campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers to create reels that deliver higher ROAs.
- You may be required to contribute in social media or brand management initiates of the brand.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
