**Production Coordinator**:
Location: Hyderabad
- Workmodel: Onsite Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages multiple special activities including large-scale meetings, event planning and logistics for conferences / parties, swags, expense reports etc.
- Conducts market research, gathers information and negotiates contracts prior to closing any deals.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of EA operations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains and distributes confidential and highly sensitive information, acting in confidence on behalf of the managers to handle issues of an organizationally sensitive nature.
- Works as a liaison with the other departments in the companies, as needed (eg: HR, Facility, IT, Finance etc).
- Works with staffing vendors on tracking contract staff data and ensuring its correctness e.g. shift & OT allowances.
- Prepares and shares reports and analysis on data pertaining to responsibilities and deliverables.

**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written-
- Well versed with Microsoft or Google Office Suit.-
- Basic project management skills-
