About the Role

We are seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our Print Mail Operations team. This role is primarily focused on managing production activities for direct mail campaigns while supporting special projects and training initiatives. You will play a vital role in ensuring notices are printed, processed, and mailed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end print production activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Adobe Acrobat

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Data entry and workflow management tools

  • Core Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Self-management and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of mail services and operations support

  • Certification (Preferred): Certified Print Production Professional (CPPP).

  • Work Hours: Must be flexible to work in US business hours.
  • Other: Ability to work in an office environment, performing tasks that may involve sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
