**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret creative briefs and produce clear, impactful design concepts.
- Design a wide range of print materials, including:

- Flyers, brochures, posters, leaflets
- Hoardings, flex banners, standees, signage
- Print advertisements and event branding materials
- Develop consistent visual branding across all print media aligned with Crimson’s identity.
- Create design templates for recurring events or marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for school launches, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure print-ready outputs by managing file setups (CMYK, bleeds, resolution, file formats).
- Coordinate with printers/vendors for execution and quality assurance of print jobs.
- Design and refine logos and other brand elements.
- Support design needs for internal communications and operational signage within schools.
- Occasionally assist with digital artwork for social media or website use, if needed.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on print production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of print production processes, including paper types, finishes, file formats, and printing standards.
- Strong understanding of layout composition, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with signage and large-format printing is an advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing print design work is required.

**Desired Software Proficiency**:

- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Corel Draw
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with pre-press file preparation tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector or institutional branding is a plus.
- Understanding of school branding and design aesthetics will be an added advantage.

**Portfolio Requirement**:
Applicants must provide a digital portfolio or PDF showcasing relevant print design work, including flyers, brochures, banners, and signage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
