A female telecaller executive typically acts as a communicator between the company and clients. She will have a Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads with good convincing skills for generating sales with prospective customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Develop and maintain long-term relations with clients
- Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services to work with the clients and the team
- Prepare a report about regular follow ups, status and share it with the management regularly

**Must**:

- Ability to multitask and can handle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
