Job Title: Assistant Manager - Interior Designer cum Sales

Department: Retail Store - MG Road

Reporting: Retail Head

Salary - Upto 1L per month/ Negotiable

NOTE CANDIDATES HAVE TO BE FROM HIGH END/LUXURY APPAREL INDUSTRY

Job Accountabilities: 1. Create Layouts for Clients as per the direction shared by the Project Manager / Store Manager in the timelines assigned

2. Re - Structuring of all Category E Catalogues as per the Client requirements and present against the inquiry to drive sales promises.

3. 100% ability to read and interpret Layouts and blueprints and draft furniture plans and elevations

4. Assist the Project & Store Managers of all stores on various styling options and tasks related to completion of a design enquiry.

5. Meet Clients on site and educate clients on all services & styling options offered by Design Team

6.. Proven ability to prioritize deadlines and provide high quality services to all clients.

7. Responsible to Drive assigned Store Sales Promises

8.. Accountable for VM as assigned by Store Manager

9. Stay informed on current industry interior trends

Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. Must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture with high efficiency in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, AUTO CAD, PHOTOSHOP ( rendered drawings ) - Optional - 3 D’s MAX + Vary

3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Interior Industry is required

4. Proven ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients

5. Ability to build trust and relationships with client and office staff

6. Ability to work independently with mínimal instruction or supervision

7. Strong Selling Skills & Communication skills - written & spoken

8. Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
