Experienced Female Telecaller - Nutraceuticals Industry

**Location**: Prem Nagar, Ambala City

We are seeking an experienced **Telecaller** to join our growing nutraceuticals team in Ambala City. **Please note: Freshers are not eligible for this position.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain our range of nutraceutical products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing comprehensive information and addressing customer questions regarding product benefits, usage, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits, guiding customers through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.

**Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a Telecaller specifically within the **pharmaceutical or healthcare industry**.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with a clear, confident, and persuasive tone.
- **Personality**: Presentable with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare terminology and sales processes is a significant advantage.
- **Results-Oriented**: Proven ability to meet and exceed calling and sales targets.

**Work Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Location**: Prem Nagar, Ambala City
