**Job description**

**Purely day shift - 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM**
- Meet with students to discuss their academic and career goals, and provide guidance and support as they make important decisions
- Develop and implement programs to help students prepare for college, including college fairs, workshops, and information sessions
- Evaluate transcripts and test scores to determine the eligibility of students for college admission
- Provide information on colleges and universities, their programs, admission requirements, and financial aid options
- Connect students with resources and support services, such as tutoring, mental health services, and career counseling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and community organizations to provide comprehensive support to students
- Stay current on college admission trends and changes, and provide relevant information and guidance to students and families
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 0.6 months to 3 yrs of experience in Calling / sales mandatory
- Should be comfortable to work from office
- Experience in Education / Training preferred
- Educational counselor experience preferred
- Handle calls on leads generated
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.

**Communication skill in English should be fluent.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
