**Company Profile**

**Responsibilities**
- **Product and Character Animation**: Create expressive and believable product and character animations that convey emotion, personality, and movement. This includes keyframe animation and posing. Required to work on end to end animation from modelling, rigging, texturing, colouring, lighting, and final compositing etc.
- **Storyboard Interpretation**: Translate storyboard panels and animatics into fluid and dynamic animation sequences, ensuring continuity and coherence with the overall narrative and visual style.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, art directors, and other members of the animation team to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure that animation assets meet quality standards and deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Demonstrate proficiency in animation software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Blender and Autodesk Maya. Familiarity with rigging and 3D animation techniques is a plus.
- **Feedback and Iteration**:Incorporate feedback from directors, supervisors, and clients to refine and improve animation sequences. Iterate on animations as needed to achieve desired results.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct quality assurance checks on animation sequences to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications and technical requirements.
- **Time Management**: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and production milestones. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an animator, with a portfolio showcasing strong animation skills and creative talent.
- Efficient in modelling, rigging, texturing, colouring, lighting and final compositing.
- Proficiency in animation software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or Autodesk Maya.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, including character animation, timing, and motion dynamics.
- Excellent artistic skills, including drawing, sketching, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor’s degree in animation, fine arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in the animation industry or related fields (preferred).
- Creative, tech savvy and passionate team player.
