You’ll model, texture, light, and polish 3D assets that make our projects come alive in Unity. If you love working across disciplines -from concept to in-engine implementation, this role is for you.What You’ll DoModel and texture 3D assets for environments, props, and characters. Create seamless, stylized textures and optimize assets for Unity 3D. Work with the team to establish visual tone, lighting, and composition. Ensure consistency in art style and technical performance. Contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and player immersion.What We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience as a 3D Artist or Generalist (or equivalent project experience). Strong skills inBlenderorMaya , and tools likeSubstance Painter ,Photoshop , orQuixel . Understanding ofUnity 3D asset workflows(materials, prefabs, lighting, etc.). A sharp eye for color, proportion, and stylized aesthetics. A proactive, collaborative attitude with eagerness to learn and improve.Bonus Points ForExperience with hand-painted or stylized PBR textures. Familiarity with lighting, shading, or simple animation in Unity.
