We’re looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team and help us grow our presence in both **online and offline markets**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, boutiques, and customers.
- Promote the brand through social media, local marketing, and fashion events.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for product launches.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
- Track performance, sales data, and prepare marketing reports.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and local promotions.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
