Creating and formatting documents such as brochures, manuals, flyers, newsletters, and books using software tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Designing layouts, selecting fonts, colours, and graphics to create visually appealing documents.
- Checking and editing documents for spelling, grammar, and consistency. Ensure the documents are error-free and adhere to the company's brand guidelines.
- Converting files from one format to another, such as converting a Word document to a PDF or HTML file.
- Collaborating with teams, such as the creative team, marketing team, and technical writers, to create and deliver documents on time.

**Key Skills**
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office, In-design software, etc.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite 2010 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Must be resourceful
- Should have the ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
