Title: Maintenance Technician
- Qualification : ITI/DME/BE Mech
- Experience : Fresher - 1 year
- Reporting To : Production Manager
- Location : NSN Palayam, Coimbatore

**Role Objective**

Ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) equipment and machinery.

**Principal Accountability**
- Assist in Routine Maintenance.
- Learn Troubleshooting Techniques.
- Support Preventive Maintenance.
- Collaborate with Production Teams.
- Maintain Records and Documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing routine maintenance tasks on production machinery, including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Learn to troubleshoot machinery issues and perform repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Assist in conducting preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Learn to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints to understand machinery operation and identify maintenance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with production personnel to address any equipment-related issues affecting production output.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of machinery maintenance best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor or manager.

**Education**
- A diploma in ECE/EEE or BE in ECE / EEE

**Experience**
- Fresher - 1 years’ experience machinery maintenance.

**Technical Knowledge and skill set**
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Troubleshooting skill
- Testing and Repairing skill

- 1.75 LPA
