**The Role**:
1) Manage the operational deliveries of the process (BOFC submissions, accounting, supporting divestments/ impairments and additional adhoc requirements of the AoO’s).
2) Ensure all strategic, managerial and operational metrics targets are either met or exceeded - with a relentless focus on Top Quartile performances.
3) Drive/Explore data analysis opportunities to provide meaningful insights to the Business.
4) Ownership of FCM controls and maintain robust Controls framework through driving high control awareness within the team together with strong emphasis on effective control operation at every execution.
5) Embed HSSE culture and behavior within Team.
6) Deliver cost and efficiency targets including continuous improvement targets
7) Work closely with Legal Entity controllers and Asset Finance Managers to achieve business and local reporting requirements (RT/ CBCR, and any other Local surveys).

8) Responsible for Preparation of Financial Statement for Local Statutory Audit and work closely EY Auditors. Strict Adherence to Timeline is Mandatory.

9) Support and implement global initiatives

**Stakeholder Management**:
a) Build an effective partnership with business counterpart in both finance and operations team, with specific focus on Controllers organization and other business stakeholders to deliver seamless end to end process management.
b) Ensure good integration between FO and business partners and cross-processes within FO
c) Active member of global R&A process network

**Requirements**:

- Professional qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CWA or similar) Or Qualified by Experience, with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Reporting.
- Strong working knowledge in IFRS.
- Ability to manage senior Finance/Business stakeholders.
- Highly developed financial and business analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Clear and concise English communication, both orally and in writing, is a must.
- Creativity & innovativeness in problem solving and seeking solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop strong relationships with staff at all levels.
- Local Statutory Audit Experience is an Added Advantage.

**Additional Information**:

- The Incumbent will be working in 12PNoon to 9PM shift. However, during special business events / month or quarter close, he/she is expected to work extensively between 4pm to 1am, or 6 pm to 3 am shift as required.
- Being flexible with changing demands and staying focused on the top priorities of the business.
- Interfacing with multiple disciplines and organizations across Upstream/IG (including teams that are represented within FO) and involvement with various initiatives. The challenge is to balance competing priorities and stay flexible.
- CI Initiatives - Good understanding of the business processes to challenge status quo, initiate and deliver CI projects.
