**Job Title: Continuous Quality Assurance (CQA) Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Management**:Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for automotive lighting manufacturing.
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in real-time.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and testing results.
Prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and trends for management review.
Provide regular updates on the status of quality assurance initiatives.

**Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

**Supplier Quality Management**:Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

**Training and Development**:Provide training to production and quality control staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the automotive manufacturing industry, with a focus on lighting products.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
