Roles and Responsibilities

l Following up and dealing with the borrowers who are defaulting in payment, on a regular basis to ensure the outstanding dues are cleared while adhering to internal and external guidelines on code of conduct (COC) which are to be maintained all the time.

l Responsible for improvement of late bucket delinquency.

l Negotiate on critical delinquent accounts and obtain repayment to minimize losses.

l To assist in analyzing the Overdue Data, and summarizing collection experiences.

l Ensure all the SLA is met and adhered to targets assigned are met month on month.

l Collaborate with other Depts/Folks to ensure proper resolution of queries of customers.

Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate

Preferably 2-4 Years of experience in collections.

Must have good negotiation and communication skills

Languages: Tamil Is mandatary, English, Hindi, Telugu.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
