Responsible for managing and recovering overdue and non-performing personal loan accounts.
- Contact delinquent borrowers through calls, messages, and field visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Engage with guarantors or family members when required to facilitate recoveries.
- Monitor allocated loan portfolio and track follow-ups and resolutions in the internal system.
- Liaise with external collection agencies and recovery agents as per policy guidelines.
- Maintain daily and weekly MIS on recovery performance, visit reports, and payment commitments.
- Work closely with collections and legal teams to coordinate recovery efforts and strategies.
- Ensure adherence to RBI and internal compliance standards during borrower interactions.
- Maintain professional conduct and protect company reputation during all recovery activities.
- Identify early warning signals in accounts and suggest preventive actions.
- Keep updated with legal procedures related to loan recovery, arbitration, and settlements.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets and contribute to reduction in portfolio delinquency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
