Ppic Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Oversight**: Manage the entire production process for tablets, capsules, and liquid syrups to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**: Develop and maintain quality control standards; oversee routine tests and analyses to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Lead and manage the plant’s adherence to all relevant regulatory audits, including GMP, BSI, NSF, and FOSTAC.
- **Procurement Management**: Oversee procurement of raw materials and other supplies while maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the steady flow of production materials.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Supervise and mentor production team members; manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement continuous improvement strategies in production processes and team development to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce strict safety guidelines and create policies that reduce the risk of accidents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or a related field.
- **Experience**: Extensive experience in production management within the nutraceutical or AYUSH industry, particularly in manufacturing tablets, capsules, and liquid syrups. Familiarity with QA/QC, GMP, BSI, NSF audits, and FOSTAC requirements.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- In-depth understanding of production-related regulatory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in production management and quality control are preferable.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualification

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
