**Job Title**: PPIC Executive / PPIC Officer

**Qualification**:

- Graduate (B. Pharma preferred)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with production team to prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets.
- Maintain records of batch-wise production.
- **Inventory Control & Management**:

- Track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
- Raise material requirement reports based on production forecast.
- Maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using Excel.
- Analyze consumption trends and highlight variances.
- Maintain and update records in ERP/Excel.
- **Coordination & Documentation**:

- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and production departments.
- Ensure timely availability of materials as per production plan.
- Maintain proper documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance & Efficiency**:

- Ensure adherence to GMP and company policies.
- Identify gaps in planning and suggest process improvements.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excel knowledge
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production process (preferred)
- Attention to detail & accuracy

Pay: ₹11,156.06 - ₹16,066.57 per month
