Working in delight team as customer support executive.

Need to provide 24*7 chat support to our tutors.

Focusing on customer satisfaction by resolving customers’ queries.

Handling end to end customer queries & escalating the bugs/ issues to the tech or backend team via ticket.

Maintaining weekly/ monthly performance metrics.

Taking initiatives to improve the process & customer experience.

Keeping the self-updated about new product & process features.

Are fluent in English and Hindi.

Can type quickly and in an error-free manner.

Have prior experience on CSE teams, especially in the chat teams will be preferred.
