We are looking for an **Associate/ Sr. Associate **who can create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.
- **Roles & Responsibility**_
- Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team
- Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
- End to Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
- **Requirements**_
- Strong communication skills written and verbal both.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheet.
- Ability to work well with a team

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 per month
