**Business Title: SCRUM Master & PMO - Sustainability & Industrial Analytics**

**Role Purpose Statement**

SCRUM Master & PMO - Sustainability & Industrial Analytics will be responsible for facilitating and managing multiple products & squads within Bunge Business Services tasked to enable full visibility of Bunge’s Sustainability & Industrial KPIs and enable business intelligence & analytics by transforming business and process data into actionable insights for business disclosures, decisions and opportunities using data engineering and visualization tools. The incumbent is expected to inculcate and drive the Agile mindset and execute products using methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & DevOps

Internal: Analytics Manager, Global Governance Lead, Global Process Owners, Global Transformation Lead, Service
Management Leads, and Sustainability Leads

External: Bunge Global IT and Business Intelligence teams

Efficient Planning and Execution of Analytics Products
Improvements in Team Velocity and ideal burndown

**Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities**:

- Coach and transform cross functional analytics teams to adopt Agile/SCRUM/Kanban
- Conduct and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Backlog Grooming, & Retrospectives
- Project Planning & Management: Document Vision, Goal, Roadmap, Milestones, Track Project Status, Risk Log & other artifacts required by governance framework
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare material and conduct Workshops, Steer Cos, Governance Checkpoints, and stakeholder meetings
- Setup & standardize processes and delivery models that are scalable and can be used across multiple functions
- Mentor team members in all phases of an Analytics Product Lifecycle (Design, Build, Deploy, Run)

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

Agile Coach/SCRUM Master and Project Management expertise
Ability to manage and steer cross functional teams
Ability to drive discussions with all levels of management and establish clarity on requirements and deliverables
Identify and communicate risks in time and develop mitigation plans
Significant experience driving large projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global
environment
Strong communications and presentation skills
Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionable
Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to business audiences
Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitments Proven track record of driving agility and transformation of ways of working
Certified SCRUM Master + PMP or equivalent
Relevant experience for 5 to 10 years
Masters or equivalent from a premier institute/university

Technological Competencies: Strong competency in Jira, MS teams, MS PowerPoint and working knowledge of other enabling tools for a business services command center. Competencies in Agile SCRUM/Kanban/DevOps assisting and enabling tools and platforms
