**Job Title: Sales Executive - Automobile Dealership**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and preferences through effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of the dealership's automobile inventory.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various vehicle models and their unique selling points.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers during product presentations.

**Sales Process**:

- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process.
- Coordinate and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer needs.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Facilitate a smooth and positive buying experience for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

**Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for automobiles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with financing options and documentation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Day shift

- Showroom Sales: 3 years (preferred)
