Mechanical Trainer

Responsibilities:

- Develop training materials: Create presentations, manuals, and exercises to help trainees understand

mechanical engineering concepts.
- Deliver training programs: Deliver training programs either in person or through online platforms.

Explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner, using visual aids and practical

examples to make the learning process easier.
- Evaluate trainee performance: Assess trainee performance to ensure they understand the material

presented to them. Provide feedback and support to help trainees improve their understanding and
- Collaborate with management: Work closely with management to understand the company\'s needs and

objectives. Develop training programs that align with these goals and ensure that trainees are

well-prepared to contribute to the organization\'s success.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advances in mechanical

engineering to ensure that training materials are relevant and effective.
- Maintain training records: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance,

evaluations, and progress reports. Use this information to improve training programs and provide

feedback to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and

understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Passion for sharing knowledge and facilitating learning.
