**Job Description**:

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update files, records, and databases. This includes organizing and archiving documents, contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication within the office by disseminating information, coordinating meetings, and managing appointments. This may involve interacting with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing office facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transportation for employees. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, seminars, and meetings.

Data Entry and Reporting: Enter data into systems accurately and maintain databases. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required by the management.

Financial Tasks: Assist in basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Collaborate with the finance department for tasks like payroll processing and reimbursement claims.

Technology and Equipment Management: Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
