**Salary Range**: 25,000 - 35,000/- (Based on experience will vary)

**JD Requirements for Plumbing works Incharge (Supervisor/Sr.Supervisor)**

**1. **Knowledge on pipelines and its fittings fixing work (PVC,uPVC,CPVC,PPR,MS and GI Pipes)

**2.** Planning on pipelines routing measurement and prepare list of materials requirement

**3.** Knowledge on drawing study (P&ID/CAD).

**4. **CP fittings handling and its spares management.

**5.** On field experience of plumbing works in industrial/Commercial buildings.

**6.** BOQ checking work and Contractor/Vendor bills related measurements checking work

**7. **Cost reduction - Utilise and complete the work with available materials

**8.** Strong decision making knowledge.

**9.** Co-ordination with other departments & project team

**10. **On time project work completion

**11.** Maintain housekeeping and follow the safety protocol in the workplace.

**12.** Stock maintenance & Project work related materials procurement work (PR/MR).

**13.** Daily and Monthly report preparation.

**14.** Preparation of bar chart

**15. **Designing of Pumps & piping system
