**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including patient interviews, medical history reviews, and psychological assessments.

Formulate accurate diagnoses based on collected information and collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide expert guidance and recommendations on appropriate medication management for patients requiring pharmacological interventions.

Administer psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to patients, implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

Monitor patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required, and regularly reviewing medication efficacy and side effects.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to provide holistic care and support to patients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychiatry, attending conferences, seminars, and engaging in continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications:
Medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate specialization in Psychiatry (MD) from a recognized institution.

Valid license to practice as a Psychiatrist.

Proven experience working as a Psychiatrist, preferably in a clinical setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, with the ability to formulate accurate and comprehensive treatment plans.

Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and comfortable with using technology in clinical practice.
