**Job Title : Customer Care Executive**
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services to customers as appropriate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and issues.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Hindi (spoken) is essential.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
