**Job Brief**

You will train the telesales team to be the best they can be. Your work will help them sell the products and services with confidence and skill.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**: Design and implement comprehensive training programs that effectively teach our clients telesales team how to sell their products and services.
- **Create Engaging Training Plans**: Develop engaging and easy-to-follow training materials and plans tailored to meet the needs of the sales team.
- **Provide Ongoing Support**: Offer continuous support and guidance to the telesales team, addressing questions and providing expert advice to enhance their performance.
- **Monitor and Assess Performance**: Track the progress and performance of the telesales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- **Stay Informed on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques and industry trends, sharing this knowledge with the team to ensure they are equipped with the most up-to-date skills.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Extensive Sales and Training Experience**: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion dedicated to training and developing Telesales teams.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Strong ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- **Passion for Development**: A genuine passion for helping others learn and grow in their sales careers.
- **Patience and Supportiveness**: Demonstrated patience and the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to team members.
- **Team Collaboration**: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
