1. Operations Management:

- Monitor and maintain the plant's operational efficiency, ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
- Oversee raw material usage, inventory levels, and ensure proper utilization of resources to minimize wastage and optimize production.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of production to guarantee product excellence.

3. Team Management:

- Supervise plant employees, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and foster a positive work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and goals.

4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that all plant equipment and machinery are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
- Respond promptly to any technical issues or breakdowns, coordinating repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes to enhance overall plant efficiency.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on production output, quality performance, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and any incidents or accidents that occur within the plant.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor or a similar supervisory role in a factory
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- A degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
