- Role/Responsibilities
- **The Assistant Director - Market & Customer Analytics** is responsible for designing, maintaining and evolving the market and customer analytics Database and associated reporting framework to help inform our business strategies by identifying opportunities for future growth and organizational efficiencies.
- You will also lead projects using our analytical capabilities, areas will include product pricing, market sizing, customer analytics, marketing targeting and business forecasting.
- As a member of the Banking Strategy & Marketing group you will work closely with colleagues in Business Strategy and Market Development but also with other senior members of the Banking OU, Regional and Sales teams across regions.
- Key functions:

- Develop and maintain a database / framework / reporting resource to facilitate various types of strategic customer and market analysis. Analysis to include market sizing, penetration per product / country, identification of cross-selling / up-selling opportunities.
- Working with other team members identify data sources (client CRM, market data, etc) that would add additional value to our analysis.
- Automate collection, validation and transformation of data. Develop appropriate source control and engineering practices.
- Prepare standardized dashboard of key market and customer metrics for reporting to senior management of Banking OU on a quarterly basis.
- Work closely with other members of the business strategy, market development teams and other Banking OU colleagues to assist them with timely information about market, sales or customer adoption patterns. In particular, collaborate with business strategy team to share inputs that will inform business cases for new initiatives.
- Collaborate with other members of the Banking OU to be informed of key priorities, product roadmaps, market needs, competitive moves, regulatory requirements and other trends.
- Lead key projects related to product pricing with special focus on SaaS pricing strategies.

- Qualifications:

- Five years’ of experience in software engineering or other similar technology field.
- Experience working in the fields including Marketing, Finance, Business Consultancy desirable
- Highly analytical, detail oriented and with strong problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with SQL, other enterprise database development and software architecture skills desired.
- Ability to manage, process and analyze large quantities of information quickly and accurately to draw conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based conclusions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, enabling you to build strong, long term relationships across teams.
- Desirable - experience with AI and Machine learning methodologies and tools
