**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, product features, and after-sales services.
- Cross-sell products and inform customers about ongoing discounts and offers.
- Ensure shelves and racks are well-stocked and manage merchandise returns.
- Coordinate with the office and event teams for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Manager.
- Stay updated on new products and services. Participation in events is mandatory.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Experience: 0 - 2 years (preferred, not mandatory).
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures and stock management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in events.
