- **Key Responsibilities**_

**SEO Strategy & Execution**

1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and

website visibility.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value

opportunities.

**On-Page Optimization**

1. Optimize meta tags, titles, headlines, content, and internal linking structures.

2. Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, search-optimized content that aligns with healthcare industry standards.

**Technical SEO**

1. Perform regular site audits to ensure crawlability, indexability, and mobile-friendliness.

2. Address technical SEO issues such as page speed, broken links, and schema markup.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**

1. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search

Console.

2. Generate actionable reports to track progress, ROI, and areas of improvement.

**Off-Page SEO & Link Building**

1. Develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
2. Build partnerships and secure high-quality backlinks relevant to the healthcare industry.

**Trend Monitoring & Adaptation**

1. Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar role with measurable success in organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements.
2.. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

3. Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.

4. Experience in content optimization and a solid understanding of content marketing strategies.

5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 6. Familiarity with basic web development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

7. Strong project management and collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
