**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bar Preparation**:

- Assist in setting up the bar before service, including ensuring all ingredients, glassware, and equipment are in place.
- Stock the bar with garnishes, spirits, mixers, and ice, ensuring adequate inventory throughout service.
- Keep bar tools and equipment clean and organized.
- **Drink Preparation and Service**:

- Assist in crafting cocktails, pouring wines, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Follow the standards and recipes set by the Head Bartender to maintain quality and consistency.
- Ensure drinks are served in a timely manner while maintaining a professional and attentive demeanor.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Provide friendly, courteous, and attentive service to all guests at the bar.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding drink menus, cocktail ingredients, and wine pairings.
- Upsell signature drinks, featured cocktails, and premium spirits when appropriate.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Regularly clean bar counters, shelves, glassware, and utensils.
- Ensure bar supplies are replenished as needed, and assist in inventory management.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with the Head Bartender, servers, and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in training new staff and bartenders on best practices, drink preparation, and bar operations.
- Support the bar team in handling high-volume situations and peak hours.
- **Guest Experience**:

- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and refer to the Head Bartender or management when necessary.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow all legal guidelines and company policies regarding the service of alcohol.
- Ensure that all beverage orders are served responsibly and that guests do not over-consume.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
