**About the Role**:
**Main responsibilities include**:

- Researching and adding content to the Onclusive planning websites
- Checking and editing items on a regular basis
- Telephone and web checking content

**Desirable qualities**:

- Knowledge of U.S. current affairs and an active interest in U.S. news
- Good IT and typing skills and an ability to use the Internet and social media as effective research tools
- High level of literacy - familiarity with American English with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to accurately interpret and summarise press releases
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise large volumes of data effectively and work to strict daily and weekly deadlines
- Good telephone manner
- Flexibility and reliability
- Team ethic

**Work Schedule**:

- **Standard Work Week**: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
- **Rotational Saturdays**: To ensure coverage for the US team, Saturdays will be a rotational working day for this team.
- **Late Evening Shifts**: Shifts will extend until 11:00 PM IST to overlap with US business hours.
- **Holidays**: Indian Holidays will not be off, instead we have different holiday policy for this team.
