KuriousKid is a design and research company bridging vision to measurable change. We collaborate with public programs, non profits, and social innovators to design tools, frameworks, products and services that are grounded in context and co-created with communities.

Location: Navi Mumbai l Level: Early to Mid-career

You are someone with a deep understanding of how people, power, and culture shape outcomes. We are launching an initiative to build capacity, define methodology and support future work in creating more meaningful, inclusive, and impact-driven change across sectors—from healthcare and climate adaptation. As part of this learning, growth and sandboxing initiative (The Open Labs Initiative),

you will:

Define key research enquiries, set methodologies, and build research plans for new projects and associated implementation.

Build open-access toolkits for diverse objectives and sectors

External communication of firms' design and research capacity through LinkedIn, blog posts, and client meetings.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a background in design research, social sciences, behavioral science, anthropology or related disciplines

Has some experience in behavioral change work, participatory research, or qualitative inquiry

Has an ability to hold complexity and translate insight into action

Is able to define methodology for projects and is curious about how design, systems thinking, and behavioral insights can intersect to drive meaningful, grounded change.

A strong sense for social nuance and the ability to navigate intersectional themes like gender, power, norms, and identity.

Is able to translate and present their work in a visually compelling, shareable format

Bonus if you've:

Facilitated workshops or community-based initiatives

Worked in diverse sectors of SDGs

Remuneration: INR 40000 / Month + allowances (Candidates with additional industry experience and track record of impactful deliverables will be considered for an additional remuneration package)
