**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and quotes for customers.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry in the company's sales database.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and follow-up for product or service inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
- Ensure timely communication with clients about order status, delivery schedules, and any issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update sales reports, customer records, and other related documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure all sales activities are properly documented and filed for reference.
- **Coordination with Team, Customer, international Client**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, or marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Performance Tracking**:

- Track key sales metrics and performance indicators to assist in the analysis of the sales team’s performance.
- Help identify trends and areas for improvement based on the sales data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,674.97 - ₹31,719.12 per month
