- Prepare HyperVerge for future:

- Keep track of moving trends and early signals in the market
- Power business model innovation
- Identify and solve for gaps in business / products
- Tracking and learning from competition
- Distribution strategy:

- Scaling existing geographies and market segments
- Identifying new growth geographies and market segments
- Design entry strategy to new geographies and market segments
- Driving inorganic forms of growth:

- Partnerships for innovation (Not GTM)
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Annual operating plan:

- Ecosystem engagement
- Investor relations and fundraising, if any
- Events and community engagements

**Outcomes expected**:

- Developing a deep understanding of HyperVerge technology, products and business within the first 2 weeks.
- Independently execute 2 projects for CEO’s office at HyperVerge, end to end, in the first year of joining.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2+ years of experience in strategy
- Worked in start-ups or management consulting firms
- Worked on GTM projects in start-ups is an added bonus
