In our growing team at **Dhool Design Studio**, we’re looking for a **Revit Modeler (Archiecture+GFC)** to support the design and execution teams by developing accurate, detailed Revit models and preparing comprehensive Good For Construction (GFC) drawings. This role focuses on translating design concepts and sketches into fully detailed, coordinated documentation ready for site execution. The Revit Modeler & Draftsperson will work closely with project architects, designers, and consultants to ensure precision, consistency, and compliance with project requirements and studio standards.

**Location**: Navi Mumbai | Full-Time | Dhool Design Studio

Salary : INR 28k-49k
Experience : 1 -4 yrs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating detailed Revit models for all project stages, with emphasis on GFC documentation.
- Preparing 2D and 3D GFC drawings directly from Revit models.
- Ensuring drawings and models align with design intent, construction feasibility, and site requirements.
- Coordinating architectural models with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
- Maintaining model accuracy throughout design, execution, and site updates.
- Implementing and following studio drafting standards, templates, and layer/naming conventions.
- Assisting in quantity take-offs and schedules extracted from Revit models.
- Managing revisions in models and drawings as per client or consultant feedback.

**Success Measurement Metrics**:

- Accuracy of Revit models and GFC drawings (mínimal errors and rework required).
- Timeliness of deliverables as per project schedules.
- Compliance with studio drafting and modeling standards.
- Clarity and completeness of extracted drawings for execution teams.
- Efficiency in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Reduction in site-related issues due to documentation gaps.
