**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop accurate façade drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain and update Revit models as per design changes and client feedback.
- Support the design team in developing façade concepts into detailed technical outputs.
- Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience in façade drafting using Revit.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and glazing.
- Knowledge of quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in façade execution or site coordination is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of international façade standards and practices.

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
