**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that effectively communicates our mission and values.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Assist in the creation of video content and animations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs to keep our content fresh and engaging.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
