**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned villages and establish relationships with local authorities (Panchayat members, Gram Kachahari, Mukhiya, etc.).
- Organize awareness camps and help villagers understand government schemes like **PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Bihar Kisan Registration, PM Awas Yojana**, etc.
- Assist villagers in filling out forms and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of beneficiaries and report daily progress to the team.
- Educate rural communities about the benefits of the schemes and address their concerns.
- Coordinate with telecalling and management teams for smooth execution of field operations.
- Identify challenges in implementation and suggest improvements.

**Eligibility**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & regional language preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have laptop and bike ( for travel )

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.
