We are looking to hire a **Ticketing Executive** who can handle Domestic and International ticketing and has sound knowledge and experience of working in **GDS (Amadeus & Galileo).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all International and domestic ticketing queries received from customers.
- Group bookings / **Domestic & International**:

- Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations section
- Able to make accurate domestic/international bookings for customers.
- Managing the reservations process for bookings in a manner which ensures guest budget is achieved.
- Responsible for Reservation, issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS
- Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
- To sending deal updates to all agents at fortnight basis.
- Knowledge of tour packages would be an add-on advantage.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive
- **Degree in Tourism or similar/relevant field**:

- Should be aware of fare rules & penalties.
- Good personality and coordination skills.
- Be able to respond well in pressure.
- Has good call & E-mail etiquettes

**Salary**: ₹25,650.00 - ₹34,500.00 per month
