
Inside Sales Representative

**Job Summary**: As an Inside Sales Representative focused on software development, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software development services. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our software development capabilities and address client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, including tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven 4+ in inside sales, preferably within the software development or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
**Salary**: ₹110,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
